Just found these random bumps on my 24 month old. Anyone know what this may be?

Could be molluscum I worked at a dermatologist office and we saw it all the time in little kids. It’s a type or wart and super contagious which is why it’s common in children. Take them to the dr and they can treat them!
Mine get it all the time as do I and always super itchy at first. I believe it may be allergy related.. sorry not much help. Let me if you find anything out!
