Insulin

So I have a libra, last 4 days I've noticed if I take my insulin I'm going too low so ice decided to stop taking it I've not eat rubbish but eat normal and added chocolate back to diet I've stayed in range at all times can I just stop insulin ? Can our sugars go back normal.
