Pain in my fanny 😂

Ladies what could this be? I went to see my consultant today but they didn’t say much tbh but since morning I’ve had what feels like cramping but it keeps coming and going. Especially when baby moves it’s very sharp feels like I’ve had a sweep and I haven’t. They checked me down below today for another reason but they said my cervix is high back and everything is fine 😃. Could this be nerve. Pain I had similar in my last pregnancy but it went after a while this has been like this all day on and off. I’ve attached a pic. NOT MY PIC USED FROM GOOGLE ANYONE Else ? Thank you

How far along are you from about 30 weeks I started to get this pain and as baby got bigger it also hurts like my bum from the inside hard to explain hahahah but it comes ago depending on positioning, how long I’ve been active, how I’ve slept and if I need to pee. I guess it’s normal, mine feel like an internal pressure that started as if I had gone gym and externally it would hurt.

Did they test your urine? I've been getting this and had a UTI, it's still not cleared up with antibiotics 🙄 although I'm also getting sharp pain in the same area when baby moves and pressing his head on my cervix rn is killing me... so could be a number of things

Kind of sounds like lightning pain, shooting nerve pain in your groin area. Quite normal and can happen anytime. I'm getting it more now in 3rd trimester.
