Eating can feel overwhelming! If a figuring out a meal feels like a lot, start small - grab a snack. Could be a granola bar, a cheese stick, some crackers, just whatever you’ve got on hand and normally like. See where you want to go from there. It’s gonna be ok!
Always have cereal on hand. Always. Even if its just a small bowl that helps you feel better until you figure out what else to eat. The milk is so nutritious and hydrating for your body, the fats are good for babies growth and development- you should be eating a fair amount of grains as well. I go for honey bunches of oats with almonds bc getting enough nuts is always a struggle for me!
