9 dpo is early most implantation doesn't happen til 8-10 days so it is possible the earliest implantation can happen is 6 dpo

Yes, possible. 9 dpo is very early for a positive. But if you are testing negative, then it's also too early for pregnancy symptoms. Could also be a cold and PMS.
