Teething baby

My boy has been crying hysterically for the last 3 hours 😢definitely showing signs of teething, he’s 4 months and his gums are swollen, refusing to drink milk and doesn’t want his face / cheeks to be touched. We’ve applied bongela, given him some and some teething power but it hasn’t helped much. Main concern is him not eating. His last proper feed was at 2ish and went to feed him again at around 5/6ish but keeps refusing to eat. I’ve tried letting him sip milk rather than from a teet as it’s obviously hurting his gums but not much luck. Worried about him 😓
