C section scar not healing

Hey everyone! I had my baby girl 11 weeks ago and my scar originally had an open hole on the left side, doctors and hospital advised it was normal and not to worry, my scar then opened up on the right side and the middle and had an infection so went back to the hospital where I was given antibiotics. Few weeks later the middle was healing but the right side had got a lot bigger the little holes opened up into one giant hole again went to hospital and doctors this time and was given antibiotics again, fast forward 4 lots of antibiotics later the middle and right side have healed still very red and sore but no holes, the original hole on the left side has not closed up or healed at all and keep getting infections doctors keep doing swabs but nothing is done, hospital baby ward won’t see me now also as it’s over the 6 weeks. Really feel at a loss of what to do or where to go to get help feel like I can’t do what I want to do with my baby girl like swimming etc Has anyone had similar issues with their scar? Sorry for the essay! Thank youuuu

I’m 8 weeks pp, Since I had my section there hasn’t been a day my wound hasn’t been infected. Until now. Very long story short, I had 4 different rounds of failed oral antibiotics and in the end they put me on IV antibiotics through a drip for 24hr then i was sent home with two lots of antibiotics. The IV managed to close it up nicely and it all sealed together barring the right side as that has always been my worse side. Anyway I ended up back in last week because it had gotten sore and blistered. Now. It wasn’t that my scar wasn’t healing, just that the skin around it was rubbing (my section scar is tucked under the bottom of my tummy) and it had made it red, blistered and it was also seeping liquid again. Since my section had sealed together nicely they didn’t want to do much to it. So they gave me some antibiotics as a precaution but they just said to keep it clean and dry. I’ve also been applying sudocrem around the incision (not on it directly!) and it looks

…a million times better. another thing i’d recommend you try is lifting your tummy (if needed) and putting a maternity pad over the incision whenever you’re walking around a lot just to stop it running. I’ve been following the same routine for a few days and it is always dry and no longer red! Give it a go! 🫶🏻🫶🏻

Mine was infected for weeks! Was on 3 different antibiotics!! Only thing that worked for me was drying it using a hair dryer on the cold setting..
