I will workout while she takes her long nap in the morning or I will go early early before she wakes up and leave her with my husband. I only have one baby so it makes working around her a little easier. Sometimes I have to pivot and do a shorter workout or I don’t do a “formal” workout at all but will incorporate moves into my day (squats in the kitchen when I’m cooking, lunges while watching tv, etc) whatever it takes to just get something in!
While they nap. I remember when he was an infant, I’d do my workout right when he went down for his first nap. Nowadays he’s a toddler and I still workout while he naps for cardio, but for my weight lifting I take him to ymca with child care
I work out when my baby take her 2nd nap which is usually around 1pm. All you need is a solid 30-40 minutes really
Could you wake up 30/60min before your baby and train then? Or when your partner comes home?
