I had a ruptured ectopic in July and got my period a month and a half later and I am now 7 weeks pregnant after 2 periods, only after the last period did I feel myself ovulating

When I did speak to my provider about trying again they said it’s best to wait at least one period cycle so your body can clean itself out and start fresh

I had tube removal in May 24 and got pregnant in August, first month of trying again! I think you are more fertile after an ectopic

Thank you for replying Jade! How has this pregnancy gone for you? I’m still not pregnant, my period took 11 weeks to come back so have only had one chance to try. Am in my ttw now xx

I’ve been very anxious which I think is normal! I know it sounds daft but I think we thought that it would take a while since it took us 8 months to get pregnant the first time, so just sort of forgot about it and it was a big shock to get pregnant so soon! Just remember your body has already got pregnant, it knows what to do, just needs time to recover from such a big op. Good luck with your 2WW!
