I did post natal reformer Pilates after the birth of my son and highly recommend. I’d going to start pre natal reformer Pilates once I’m 12 weeks
I'm doing 3h of Reformer pilates each week, and ive found it so relaxing. It's been helping me with pelvic floor, breathing and core work. There are some modifications needed for pregnant women, but overall doable! Highly recommend it!
I've just been making sure I'm taking myself for walks. I'm not going miles, just making sure I am moving and stretching every day.
