Supplements for PPA
Sharing what I was “prescribed’ by a psychiatrist in case it’s helpful. She said it may take a while, but I’m definitely sleeping better. Not looking for feedback on what I’m doing or to price to any one else… just sharing
Am: ashwaghanda 500mg, l-theanine 200mg
Pm: l-theanine 400mg, magnesium glycenate 200-400mg
Post natal vitamins and fish oil are already in my routine
Edit: not breast feeding!
Are you breastfeeding? I want to take ashwaghanda for my ppa but don’t know if it’s okay with breastfeeding
