I shop at aldi and when I really don’t feel like cooking I give my baby the shredded rotisserie chicken from Aldi, with peas (from frozen) and either rice or quinoa. There’s still some cooking involved but it’s very easy. For lunches I made turkey avocado cream cheese roll ups and they’re so good my baby loves them
Our baby's fave is white chicken chili. She'll eat it anytime! It takes about an hour but then we can get a bunch of meals out of it and freeze it for other days. If I need something quick, I make Mac n cheese on red lentil or chickpea pasta with chopped carrots and spinach brown in, or ricotta cavatelli with broccoli and lots of Parm for extra calcium and protein.
Turkey and cheese sandwich. Scrambled eggs. Air fryer fries. Canned peaches. Bean quesadilla. Spinach pesto noodles. Cottage cheese. Broccoli. Tofu with a little hoisin. We're not vegetarian but he doesn't care for meat much.
Cheese quesadilla with black beans and corn on the side or protein noodles with butter, cheese, and peas or corn.
