We do a mix of fruit (mostly easy peelers/grapes/bananas/apples), cheese and crackers, rice cake with nut butter/cream cheese/hummus, or oaty bars/fruity bakes/smoothie melts etc, pretty much any of the packaged kiddy snacks I trick to stick to one per day.
My daughter still eats a lot of the baby snacks for 12m+ like apple rice cakes, Heinz biscuits, blueberry wafers etc
My son don’t eat fruit (sensory issues) but he will have baby biscotti’s, baby jammy dodgers, baby gingerbread men, wafers, smoothie melts etc. I’m planning to make up some actual food he can eat instead like chicken and apple balls, veg and butternut squash stars etc.
We do things like a few mini cheddars, fruit, breadsticks and dip, cheese twists, the wafers when out and about or occasionally a couple of chocolate buttons of his brother is having some chocolate. He isn’t a fan of cakey textures but I’ve occasionally offered some homemade pancakes and gingerbread men. Also loves cheese for a snack!
She can have 1 treat a day biscuit, cake, chocolate etc as a snack or dessert she also has yoghurt most days either as a snack or dessert. Other snacks are fruit, oaty bars, cheese, rice cake, crackers, cooked chicken/cocktail sausages, toast, cheese twist, melty sticks, lentil crisps/ veggie straws
