8am wake up, bottle and breakfast.
Around 10/10.30 snack.
Between 12 and 1 have lunch (according to if we are at home or out)
Nap at 2/2.30 for 1 hour (sometimes hour and half)
Tea at 5/5.30
Bath at 7 and bed and bottle at 7.30/8pm
Roughly this is our routine but everyone's is different.

7-7:30 wake up
Breakfast 7:30 / 8
Snack 10
Nap 10:30 / 11 temperament permitting
12/1:30 lunch
2/3 snack
5:30 dinner
6:30 bath
7:30 bottle / bed

7 - wake up and bottle and play for a bit
8ish - breakfast and get ready for the day
9 - nap for around 2 hours
11.30 - dinner then go out out
2.30ish - nap for a hour
4.30 - tea
6 - bath bottle and play for a bit
7 - bedtime xx

6 to 7am wake
6oz milk about 15 mins after waking
8:30am breakfast
10am snack
11/11:30 lunch
12:00/12:30 nap for anywhere between an hour to 2 hour
2:30pm snack
4:30pm tea
6:00bath (every 2-3 nights)
6:30 8-10oz milk
Asleep by 7pm
