Symptoms disappearing

I'm 6+3 weeks pregant, this is my 3rd pregnancy, and 2 of them ended in a miscarriage. My symptoms have just disappeared! My breasts are a little sore, but nowhere near as bad as they have been! My sickness has gone, and I feel great! I called my midwife, and she said EPU will only see me if I'm bleeding, and I never want that to happen! Is this normal?
