I have a 32 weeker and we’ve found her development and mile stones is a bit of a mix between her actual and corrected age!

I’m the same I’m confused about it all and how it works it’s my first time being a mom I just want to understand them better

My boy was 6 weeks early at 34 weeks. He'll be 7 months on the 21st November but corrected 5.5months, I think that's right as you just take how many weeks off.

I was told to go by corrected age till they are 1 years old

You just count how many weeks early they were and take it off their actual age, so your baby’s were 6 weeks early? Just take a month and a half off their actual age which is 5.5 months and that’ll be their developmental age

My son was born 3 months early, and I sort of worked off his corrected age, most of his milestones were met at usual ages, but I didn’t want to rush him with anything, so I just worked off his corrected age. He’s now two years old, and isn’t behind at all in any developments
