Head butting

Ok I need to know if this is just me dealing with this or if it’s normal. My son is hitting his head on EVERYTHING. Me, the floor, tables, chairs, toys, hitting himself in the head. I don’t know what to do or how to stop it. And he’ll hit his head on something hard cry and bruise his head but then he’ll do it again.

I would bring it up to his Dr. That was one of the signs that my kiddos had something going on. Do your best to redirect in the meantime. And stop him every time you can.

Mine did some head butting when she was really hungry? It was intense rooting. Any other signs of him being hungry?

My two littles went through a phase like this. My oldest would hit his head on the wall or floor if he was upset/told no. My June babe would pull his hair, hit his head with his hands when he was upset. Try not to pay attention to it, ignore it the best you can or just redirect/distract (wow you have so many toys! What would you like to play with?)

My baby girl hits her head on the floor when she’s upset so I just find what she needs and she stops I think it’s a phase that they go through their way of communicating it’s not always positive communication. She’ll also hit her head on the wall when she’s upset or just throw herself back to her dad and I. Recently she stopped throwing her head to the floor because she learned it hurts her.

Girl I’ve had a bruise on my nose for weeks 😂 my kid learned hitting his head on the wall hurts so now he just lightly taps so it can still be heard and then he screams like it was the worse pain ever until I look at him and then he laughs lol
