Yep! Feel you 100%! My daughters 2 and a half and I took her for a meal on Saturday night and she won’t sit still at all. Running round everywhere. Then took her in to town Sunday and she won’t sit in her pram, in one of the hired kids cars, wants to be carried 24/7. Just completely bolts at any given chance. Then took her for a carvery Sunday night, wouldn’t eat, wanted to run around everywhere. It’s so draining.

Yes, it's very hard to go out with a wild toddler in tow. However, it's not easy at home either, mine gets bored very quickly, so we still go out to break up the day... It should get easier soon 🤞

Literally same as you both. Sorry you're going through it too, but glad I'm not alone. I despise being stuck in, it's so limited. But going out results in a nightmare. The other day we went shopping and LO kept pulling himself out of the car seat! I had such a panic attack I havent left the house since.

My girl does this too!! I have to pull over constantly to put her back in, she tries the door handles (luckily have child locks) she can get out her car seat completely! It’s an absolute nightmare!!

@Niamh-Grace same as mine, it's terrifying isn't it! And the anxiety of that makes you scared to drive

Mine refuses to get into the car seat and screams for a half an hour in the car when we desperately need to go somewhere... Then after I completely about to lose my mind, he gets himself into the car seat nicely, and says "let's go" 🤣 It's frustrating for us, but also we're all in it together and it does stop ❤️

I can't get mine ready to go out. Most days its a battle and unless we have something booked/important I leave her to it, not worth the fight 🙈
