We’ve hit a fussy eating stage 😩

When I say my baby was a foodie they ate literal adults portions and loved food! Switch gone off and now not really eating dinner? Do you always offer a substitute? Don’t want to create ‘bad’ habits but do not want them to go hungry!?

Same! Used to eat so well and enjoyed pretty much all foods but now it's a mission to get her to eat anything. I'm struggling with the same thoughts of not wanting to create habits or thinking she can just have whatever she wants but also don't like that she hasn't eaten. I dont really have any advice but at least you know you aren't alone in this and I keep telling myself that annoying line... 'it's just a phase' 😂

Ha ha oh thanks for replying! We’ve said the same just another ‘phase’ 😂 X

We’ve been in the fussy eating stage for months. I’ve tried everything. It’s impossible. He tends to graze all day but will never sit and eat a proper full meal. I’m just at the stage now where I give him what I know he will eat so at least he has something. He eats a lot of fruit and things like crackers and yogurts and still has a lot of milk.
