There are loads in the area! Your HV must have given you a timetable of the official/free Harringay baby activities in your area. And then there are all the private ones around you, depending how far you're willing to travel. (In Muswell Hill and Crouch End there are baby massage courses, pilates with baby, workout with baby and so on...) There are Facebook groups such as Crouch End Parents, Muswell Hill Mums & Dads, and there is something like that for Bounds Green too.)
