Aggressive toddler

My 2 year old is incredibly aggressive at times, most of the time quite happy but I am still dealing with being smacked, bitten and kicked. His speech isn’t great and he doesn’t really listen when I say his name or ask him to do something, I also find he is not interested in play at all, except for moving cars back and forth and carrying dinosaurs. Is this a sign of something that I need to get addressed. I’m finding it increasingly hard to try and teach words etc and deal with this behaviour
