@Kateland it’s so hard 😫 any tips that help? Or do you think it’s just case of riding it out?
Think it's a case of keep offering and don't stress. I found if I stressed over it she found it funny then continued not wanting to eat. Today we had a very chilled out day and also had success with eating. She had a cheese sandwich for lunch and potato skin for dinner. With snacks in the day. But it was the first day since 4th October we've eaten real food. I kept offering. Gave her a selection of food today and she decided she was actually going to eat it. Most days it ends up in the bin.
Your definitely not doing anything wrong. I kept thinking I was doing something wrong. Have been on the phone to gp who informed me it was my fault she wasn't eating proper food and that it was more a behaviour thing. Spoke to my friend who's just done a course in toddler eating and she said ride it out. She will eat real food when she's hungry enough.
@Kateland thank you so much for the advice! I’ll keep riding it out then and offering, and hopefully it will change soon :)
Your have some good days and some bad. Good luck 💙
We've been going through this since the start of October 😢
