Baby refusing to eat after a cold
Baby got sick last week and had chesty coughs and mucus. She’s getting better now and been drinking water but lost her appetite completely and rejects any kind of food, even the ones she used to love. I’ve been breastfeeding her on demand but worried as she hasn’t eaten solids in the past week. Is this normal?

My baby is exactly the same and the midwife said it can often take them a good few weeks to get back on track, but nothing to worry about as long as they are breastfeeding and having regular wet nappies
We’re the same as well - refusing food and his milk as well today and he’s so bunged up with a really nasty cough. Feel so awful for him, but hoping he’ll get his appetite back over the next few days
My baby girl too ☹️ been worried sick as she normally enjoys her food. Can’t wait for her to be back to her usual self!
Mine too when he was sick but back to normal now.
