Biting while Breastfeeding
My baby has two bottom front teeth and is starting to bite me while breastfeeding. It is so painful and my nipples have red marks. Any tips are appreciated. I’m even thinking of pumping and feeding him the bottle.

Ouch! Same, kinda. No teeth yet, but starting to gum down hard, thinking she's being playful. I also feel like it's happening more when she's not super hungry.
I tap the bottom of his feet and say no. He seems to be responding well to it!
My son has starting doing that too but mostly when he gets angry. I either thought about pumping and putting in a bottle or getting nipple shields
I say no firmly and delatch him for a while and try again later every time. You can either redirect to a teether or just give him nothing.
Same on the firm no but I do say that it hurts mommy just to try and teach him and it’s worked well

My baby too but I started pulling her away and saying no very firm. I only feed her when she is very hungry not when she just wants to nurse. She slowly started to learn so I’m allowing her to nurse when she wants again.
