Idk what pump you have but are you using the stimulation setting before the actual pumping setting? Also I don’t pump close to a feed I like to wait 2 hours since I fed so I can get a lot
@Cindy yes I use that setting but it doesn't seem to help
What pump do you use? Do you have the correct flange size for your nipples?
I did my best pumping in the shower... how many months postpartum are you

That is super strange advice lol buy a pair of 19 and try it!
Wireless pump. Got one on Amazon for 80 bucks and a semi tight bra for suction. The other pumps never worked for me.
I seem to get more using the Haakaa than an actual electric pump. It’s basically a suction cup with a container to catch the milk attached. I usually just wear it while baby is feeding and switch back and forth when baby switches.
OMG dm me sis had the same problem and it was a number of things going wrong !
