I used to be an over supplier and would pump 4 oz each side in 10 mins but now it depends on what time of day sometimes I can get as little at 40ml each side in the same amount of time if it's later in the day x im not sure if it's because I've regulated (12 weeks) or just that she goes 12 hours overnight without a feed so it has caused my supply to drop.
I tend to consistently get 60ml from my right breast, and left can range anywhere from 30 to 140ml depending on day, stress level, diet. I pump between 20-30 mins.
5 to 6 oz every 3 hours combined in 27 minutes. Baby has 5oz every 3 hours unless asleep. At night I pump 10 to 11oz
I track mine and It varies significantly throughout the day, first pump of the day is always the biggest, record high has been 280ml/9oz. My right breast is the slacker and has a record low of 10ml/0.35oz Morning 6 -9 oz Afternoon 3-4 oz Evening 2-3 oz Pump every 3 hours until 11pm/midnight and start again at 7:30am Early on I I used to wake in the night too but don’t do that anymore now my supply has calmed down a bit. The pain used to wake me up cz they’d be engorged. No need for an alarm I notice a big difference if I’ve eaten and drank a lot that day. I pump 30mins first pump of the day but only 20 mins for remaining pumps. I noticed after 20 mins there would be no more milk so no point in irritating my nipples more than needed
I want my supply to decrease a little as he is nearly 4m old sleeps 12 hour at night every morning I'm getting 300-500ml after 9mins. Whilst I would like my supply to decrease I dont want it to stop, I am loving breast feeding journey, especially since I don't pump in night last feed 8pm then pump about 6/7am. I don't want my breast feeding journey to end but every morning I feel so full and uncomfortable. (I currently donate the extra milk currently to babies in NICU)
Around 175 - 300mls every 4 hours (the upper end of that range for nighttime pumps) - takes me around 30 mins per pump as I have a delayed letdown
20 min 1-1.5 oz 😞
30 min to get 1-2 oz 😭
