Maternity bras

Help! I’m a 32J (I know 🙄😫) and my underwire bras are really starting to hurt now.. anyone have any recommendations for comfy bras for a fuller bust? I need a lot of support as they’re so heavy so don’t mind spending a bit more. TIA

I had to swap to non wire, sports bras I found the best x

I bought mine from M&S highly recommend! I think it was a 2 pack for £20. They are the maternity ones so not underwired

I’d recommend going into Bravissimo for a fitting and try some different styles, I ended up a 32k after I’d given birth and towards the end I was wearing their sleep bra for daily use as well as the Ferne non wired, they both give a decent ish shape for non wired and no shoulder digging x

Is this from pregnancy? I’m 32DDD and my back hurts so I’m looking to get a breast reduction. It seems no bra really works for me.

Nursing bras Tighter/more support sports bras

Try Molke classics - I'm a pre-pregnancy 32G and nothing fits as well for me. The pregnancy/nursing bras seem to be a bit of a minefield. I bought a bravado s full cup While it is comfortable, I can't wear it out and about cause it doesn't keep me in.

If the cups still fit good, you could get a band extender. Your band measurement will have grown a little which is what makes them so uncomfortable. Helped me tonnes

@Sarah thanks I’ve got them already! I’m fine until around 4pm and I want to rip the bra off 😂 so think it a time for no wired!!

@Kellie yes I think I may have to do the same! Sports bras a good idea cos it will give me more support

@Chelsea thank you, yeah I think I’m due a bravissimo visit … I dread to think what size I will be after baby 🤦🏼‍♀️ but defo need some non wired options!

@Ninti yes I’m 21 weeks , I was a 30H before but they went up to a 32J within 3/4 weeks of being pregnant 😅

@Hazel oh thank you! Yes I struggle with the non wired as I just feel like I fall out of them and all the strain is then on my shoulders.. but maybe I’ve not found the right style

I've also been struggling with this too, I'm a 38G and still trying to work out where I can find supportive enough bras that will grow with me or ones cheap enough to buy twice if I have to size up later on!

M&S have some great options, I wear their maternity crop tops which are also nursing bras for when baby arrives. Used them for my first pregnancy and am wearing them again now 😊

@Elise I am an E now, so know the feeling. I bought these from M&S: support is still there but they are comfy! https://www.marksandspencer.com/flexifit-non-wired-full-cup-bra-a-e/p/clp60439504?intid=mobile_app_pdp_share

I’ve ordered some maternity/nursing bras from Momcozy, they aren’t super cheap but they are SO comfy & already worth it for me!!

@Kelly thank you, unfortunately M&S don’t go up to my size!
