Triggered by my toddlers eating habits

He’s about to turn 3 and has recently decided to never eat. Won’t even eat Mac and cheese anymore. It’s a battle at every meal and I find myself yelling at him every time. His grandma was just visiting and fusses over him constantly, I feel like he’s even more picky since she left and it’s so irritating. Anyone else dealing with this?

Oh girl my almost 3 year old boy does the same thing! Used to eat everything under the sun! We would always praise him to everyone as our, “non picky kid”. Now recently he doesn’t even eat his favorite Mac n cheese! (Sounds familiar?) I’m just trying to buckle down and keep trying to get any sort of calories in him and hope this is just a phase. I don’t make a big deal about it because I feel like he will keep doing it if I draw attention by yelling or anything like that. You’re not alone mama!

I had the same issue and took my child to food therapy it has tremendously helped and most times it’s a texture issue so just look into it he goes to occupational therapy and they do food therapy with him

I bait mine with healthy snacks . Even if it’s snacks at least he’s eating.🤷🏼‍♀️
