I’m 1 year postpartum, still struggling with postpartum anxiety, depression, and OCD.
My daughter is sick so I’ve only been getting like 2 hours of sleep a night (and some naps during the day when my husband can watch her).
Anyways hubby took her out with him and his friends so I can get some sleep. I feel so anxious right now, like a drop in my stomach, my chest hurts, I’m about to cry. I just feel like something bad is going to happen (this happens any time she is away from me). I trust my husband more than anything but it’s really stressful

I recommend you do meditation and taking some relaxing tea you’re doing everything great god is with you

CBT might help. I Found it amazing after my first (traumatic birth and was very worried about him/ his health/well-being

where can I do that? Do I see a therapist for that?
