Bone broth could help! Season & add things to have it like soup so it doesn’t get boring (I also added protein and rice and had it as the main dish of my meal) it’s a great protein, electrolytes and hydration source! I saw a boost the next day when I had at least 4 cups of bone broth (additional to the water I already drank)

Try milky mama! My supply was low and now I consistently use it and haven’t had a problem. I’m so surprised more people don’t know about them. They’re AMAZING. I recommend the emergency brownies and the supplements. I use lady leche to increase supply and quality of milk.
I put brewers yeast in my oatmeal. You can put it in anything though. Usually people put it in their smoothies. Also the more you empty your b00bs, the more you’ll get more.. good luck!
