*Worried first time mum*

Hey everyone first time mum here ! My boy is 13.5 months and can only say uh oh (which he says correctly when he falls over or drops something) and Dada which he says to his Dad but also to other things too! He can't say anything else yet though. Is this normal ?? He's been walking since 12 months, can clap wave and point.

That's completely normal. It sounds like he's doing great! 💕

My boy is nearly 15mths and is about the same as yours.

Totally normal! My eldest didn't day his first word (apple) until 17 months and he was still very much in the typical range.

Sounds great. If you want to help his language development just talk and read to him loads. When my son points at things I’ll tell him the name of it so he can learn to say what he needs/wants.

It's very normal, if he was saying no words by 18 months then it's more a concern. My little boy could say 4 words and has not said them for months now (around 4-5 months) he's been classed as 'forgotten' them by professionals for now (was saying mum still up until a month ago and hasn't since seeing his paediatrician)

If anything, I think that's really good!! My daughter is the same age and can't say any words yet, hope this helps Xx

My daughter is the same and it was good to read all the comments :) 🙏🏼

The lady who runs our sensory class said today that some little ones say their first words closer to two or even three and thats totally normal! (She's an early years specialist). Theres a really big window that they can start saying words in and thats fine, every child is different 🤗

Mine doesn’t say anything with purpose yet! It will come 😊

My son (13m) said his first word at 7.5 months but doesn’t crawl or walk. They really are all so different.

Ms Rachel ??

How many of you are putting ms Rachel on??? I’ve just introduced it to my 8 month old and it’s like sorcery. I feel so guilty putting it on because LO don’t take his eyes off the screen, but it’s the only way I’m getting 20/30 minutes during Velcro baby stage. I’ll put it on twice a day for up to 30 mins at a time, the rest of the time we’re out the house, playing with toys or he’s with me doing jobs around the house. Should I even feel guilty?😩

Thoughts on this pram?

I’m 18 weeks pregnant and thinking of prams to get my baby. I saw this on Amazon and it seems affordable, plus the reviews are very positive about the quality of the product. Are there any mamas in the group that got this specific model? If so, how did you find it?

Moving while asleep

My 12 week old has been sleeping through the night (8 hours) for the last week and a half and since the 3rd or 4th night he's been wriggling his way to the other end of his crib to the point where his head is cocked to the side
He seems fine but it looks uncomfortable and ive always been told he needs to have his feet touching the bottom of his bed and if I move him back he wakes up.
Has anyone else experienced this? Did you leave it? Are there any potential issues if I do leave it?

Hipp Organic Ready Made Bottles

Has anyone found their baby is sick more using a the ready made bottles vs powder or noticed a change in the colour of their sick when using ready made bottles? I got some to use when we’re away but I’m not sure if they agree with him or it’s something else. For context he’s recently had his 16 week injections & is teething
