19 month old sleep issues

My now 19 month old is having issues with sleep for about a month and a half now idk if I need to tweet wake windows more during the day or sleep during the day but I’ve been doing 5-5.5 hour wakes windows from the time he wakes up which is around 7am and goes down for a nap around 1230pm for 2 hours and then for bedtime I’m trying to aim for 730-8pm but bedtime is taking me over an hour to get him down he used to be able to get himself down for bed within 5-15 mins no crying and now we regressed and as soon as I lay him down he is crying so I’m needing to pat him every 10 mins like I did when I slept trained him months ago but it’s taking so much longer now. He is also having more wake up times at night 2-3 and is sometimes waking up early on some days like 5am-6am. So I’m unsure where to change things? Any advise is helpful. Or is this something that we need to ride out. I know right now he might be cutting more molars / separation anxiety is probably happening too, but man this has been the longest we have struggled (he’s never been a great sleeper).

I would just ride it out and not change is routine as there is an 18 month sleep regression and that’s what it seems like and also cutting those teeth are very hard on them

Omg same! 😩 I think it’s all part of the 18 month sleep regression but I could be wrong. My son’s overnight sleep has improved a little bit this past week but he’s still often waking early too, and bedtime is a nightmare! Let me know if you find anything that helps
