Build mama tribe/ playgroup sessions

Hello Ladies, I would love to hear feedback on an idea I have please. I found having my youngest (she is now 4) incredibly lonely, I didn’t have any family or friends locally to me and I just felt I had no support or ‘village’ as such. I had an idea of running play group sessions from ages 0-4, (maybe older children during holidays, depending on how successful this could be) from my home. I wanted to create a mama tribe for ladies who needed support, or a little break from their little ones whilst having a herbal tea or coffee (as motherhood can be extremely taxing physically and mentally) but also create a safe space for your bambino’s to play. I used to be a childminder but since my youngest started school I decided not to continue. However I would still love to use the space for welcoming mothers and their children for 90 minute sessions maybe 2 hours. We also have a spacious garden with chickens which would be lovely to do activities outside in the warmer months. What is people’s thoughts on this? Is this something you’d be interested in attending? Have a good afternoon! Thank you 💞

@emily Thank you for your comment, it is something I definitely will look into setting up, I just feel today there isn’t much community spirit left (well where I am anyways 🤣) and mums are pretty much left to get on with it. Is it something you would be interested in attending? Xx
