I honestly just don't worry 🤷 Breastfed so still plenty of boob. I never push food - sometimes she refuses a meal or eats 1/4 or 1/2 but I just let it go. Breakfast- either banana porridge, sugar free cereal or eggs Lunch- often eggs, cheese on Oatcakes, beans, sometimes left overs Dinner - generally protein eg fish or meat with a carb and veggies. Or a pure veg dish like curry or stir fry. Snacks- all kinds of fruit, yoghurt and homemade sugar free baked goods like oat bars or spinach muffins
My little boy no longer drinks milk. He has three meals a day, two snacks and constant access to water x
No bottles anymore. 7.30am porridge 9.30am banana 11am lunch- sandwich, cheese triangle, fruit, crisps 2.30pm snack fruit, fruit bar and yoghurt 5/5.30pm dinner. Whatever we're having then fruit, angel delight and a biscuit
