son was born 3 days ago and i pumped for 30 min on my right side and i got 3oz. would yall say that pretty good for right now?

That’s a lot! At 3 days it’s usually still colostrum or starting to transition to transitional milk. Also, your munchkin still has a tiny stomach too so can’t take a ton at a time, still should be feeding/ offering feedings every 2-3 hours

That's amazing! Just be careful how often you are pumping and feeding. You don't want to over produce and end up engorged because you have an over supply. It's hurts badly.
