First period and breast milk supply?
My little one is 12 weeks old and I have just started my first period.
Did anyone else notice a drop in their breast milk supply when their period started? My baby is breastfed mostly, but I pump once or twice a day and he takes this in a bottle from my partner usually in the evenings. We had been in a fairly smooth routine with this, but my pumping output has really dropped in the last week. I then started my period on Tuesday. I was just wondering if there was a link!

Yes. It's temporary, once your period is over it should be back
Yeah with bf both of mine I always notice a drop when my period comes

Hello! So my baby is 12 weeks and I’ve actually had 2 periods already 😭 I did notice when I pumped I was getting less than what I usually would (between 0.5-1oz less) but didn’t last the entire period and it didn’t seem to have affected baby so think he was able to pull what he needed or was just satisfied. Xx
