No teeth after 'teething'

My LG was showing all the tell-tale signs of teething for about 3-4 weeks (excessive dribbling, flushed cheeks, rubbing her jaw/ ear, slight temp and wanting to chew on everything), however these have all now stopped and she still hasn't cut a tooth. I can feel they're there just under the surface. Is this normal? I read they only have teething pain for a few days before they cut each tooth, not 4 weeks and then no sign!

The movement under the gum causes no end of trouble and can last ages! The cutting teeth phase is usually a couple of days of increased pain and often a rubbish night's sleep! If you can see the tooth under the gum- a visible white line then you're usually 2-7 days away from a tooth coming through.

Thanks @Sophie, yes she's had a visible white line on the lower gum for about 4 weeks now and still no sign! Very odd

That is odd. We got one tooth at 4 months and 6 weeks later he still only has the one. I can see the other one under the gum now but who knows when it'll arrive.

Yeah my kid did all the signs of teething and still no teeth but Google said it can take a while so I guess I'm not too worried yet
