I hate my job..I seriously hate it

Aww I feel for you! It’s really hard to apply for jobs when you’re still working, maybe try and take a few days off so you can just apply for as many as you can?

At Mairead I m just worried because I need references so I need to give my current work..they will know I apply

Reference requests aren’t made until you are offered a job. Your current work won’t know that you’re applying :)

Refresh your CV and covering letter. I work in HR and have seen it all. A CV that’s well written with bullet points of experience and clear explanation tends to be a CV that stands out. Indeed have a really good lay out that’s easy to read and very basic so your information stands out a lot better. Quite a few places still like a covering letter too. Only ever put “references avaliable on request” at the bottom of your CV and give them over once an offer has been given to you so by the time they are requesting a reference you have already handed in your notice and they are aware. The best of luck!! It’s so difficult while still working to try and keep up with the job market.

At Lianne I work as a Teaching Assistant in very busy and difficult school with toxic managers.I just signed contract for level 3 ta and I feel like the expectations suddenly are ridiculous..to be honest not sure if I m capable..I need to be observed in my session and i get soon anxious.

At Katrina.our boos said to ny colleague it's a polite thing to do to inform people that someone will request references.
