Bleeding like a period week 6 HELP I’m scared

I found out I was pregnant at 3 weeks with a faint positive. I checked at week 5 I had brown blood that came but wasn’t heavy I even checked with doctor with hgc and it was within range and the bleeding stopped after 2 days. Now it’s week 6 and I have bright red bleeding and it comes like a period except no clot. I did a pregnancy test and it came out 1-2 weeks pregnant. Isn’t that concerning? Has anyone else had this? P.s I had an ectopic pregnancy few months ago.
