If you have a partner that can get to a 24hr pharmacy quickly, you can have cocodamol, which is better at taking the edge off than just paracetamol on its own. Have you tried breathing exercises too? In through your nose, v v slowly out through your mouth
Breathe through your nose for 4 seconds and out through your mouth for 8 seconds is a good breathing technique and calms you down. The contraction should be over by the time you do 3/4 of them. All the best ❤️
Get in the bath if you can, warm Water can help, hot water bottle, paracetamol, if you have access to a tens machine they are good at this first stage, and I know you probably don’t feel like it but try and keep moving if you can sweet! You got this! 💪🏻 xx
