Panicking

Over 3 weeks ago I found out that I had a 1.2cm ovarian cyst. I had a follow-up appointment today and their impressions are that I have a 2.9cm hemorrhagic right ovarian cyst. They want to follow up in 6-12 months to see if it’s the same or if it’ll resolve on its own…I have no idea what to do and I am absolutely freaking out. How do y’all deal with this? I always hoped I have more kids but I’m getting the feeling that may not be in the cards for me.

I have PCOS and was told a little over 6 months ago, after my miscarriage, that I have a cyst on my right ovary. When talking to my current Gynecologist, I told her about it and asked if it would affect my pregnancy, she assured me it wouldn't, but that it'd be monitored for peace of mind.

Hope this helps! At least for the having kids part if nothing else.
