Trump separated mother's from their babies last time. Some kids saw things they never should have. So sad.

Mass deportations existed prior to Trump's first term.

@Alina look at that toddler. His/her distress is because of how Trump ordered and organised those mass deportations. Such a sweet innocent soul.

I know I see that. It's a difficult thing. Because of seeing your post I did a quick search and found that Obamas deportations were in the upper 300ks some years and Trumps year with the highest wasn't close to that.

@Alina Trumps were fast tracked leading to the wellbeing of more young children being compromised. That kid on the photo gives you a sense of that. It's inhumane.

@Alina "Obama deportations vs. Trump: Context is everything. - CNNPolitics" https://amp.cnn.com/cnn/2019/07/13/politics/obama-trump-deportations-illegal-immigration

Obama focused on serious criminals and new arrivals. Trump looked at people who had been in the US for decades/came as children and had known no other home than the USA

So I see what you're getting at and I also remember seeing full photos of kids behind bars rather than cropped ones yeaaaars ago and the news outlets will find whatever way to exaggerate if they have a bias on a certain administration. Not arguing this specific case as I haven't researched it

Obama deported more than trump and bush it just didn’t get covered by the media in the same manner 🫠🤦🏾‍♀️ I think he deported more illegal imgrants than any sitting president to date but I’m definitely sure that he deported more than trump did
