Congratulations, sorry to hear of it being a traumatic experience, you can ask them for a Birth Debrief if you think it would help. Hope you're both doing well.
Highly recommend multiple birth debriefs. I had a shitty first birth and I’ve had several debriefs by different parties afterwards and I get new info every time which helps me process it. Sorry to hear it was shitty but glad you and baby are okay!
