Up and down

Anyone else really up&down with their moods. I know its totally normal but tonight is a low one i am just so stressed about what’s to come and having two children under two. I feel so much guilt surrounding my first and how i’m going to cope and i just feel like crying every time i think about it💔

I've been quite emotional, but that may be due to the fact I'm super tired atm x

I don't think it helps that people only like to tell the horror stories, or the just wait you won't get xyz anymore 🙄 my eldest two are 15 months apart. I felt exactly the same. When in fact, you just adapt to your new normal. And the oldest still also gets lots of attention, and it's actually really lovely watching them grow together too. I had a 10 year gap after, now pregnant with my 4th and my 3rd is only 11 months. Basically, I'm doing it again as it's honestly not as bad as it's made out! Plus, think of all the extra time you'll get with your eldest that you might otherwise not have if you were at work.

@P the tiredness definitely plays a part as my daughter has been so unwell for what feels like months now. Different bugs and hospital trips and all sorts. It’s been so relentless. She did a full 12.5 hours last night which i’m so thankful for🙌🏼

@Rhiannon absolutely, its hard bc one of my best friends has just had her second and there will be a very close age gap that she has with her two to what i will with my two. I think i just need to accept that the first few weeks will be a shit show🤦🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️ until we adapt to our normal. Congratulations 💜

It's not always a shit show. Yes it can be stressful until you find your routine, but that's the same when you have your first
