My diet - high fat, high protein, low carbs, very nutrient dense. I'm talking kefir, chicken bone broth, lots of fish and shellfish, eggs, cheese, plenty of green veggies, red meat about once a week or so, limited carbs to either small portions or skipping them out if I can.
I’ve lost over 5st since having my daughter (nearly 17months) and my supply is fine, I’m still breast feeding too ☺️ x
