Burning sensation in breast

Could be a blocked duct or start of mastitis? Can you feel any lumps or a wedge shape? Does the breast look red or engorged?

Can’t feel any bumps and the breast looks fine I’m just getting a burning sensation every few minutes

I get this aching sensation after I've done a big feed. I've sort of put it down to the feeling of making more milk but it's bloody uncomfortable 😬
