Thank you for the advice. I drink a about a candidate of Dr pepper if my body needs it I have to be careful because I am a diabetic and I'm just getting to the point where I can walk because I just suffer from multiple sclerosis so I have weakness on the right side of my body but I'm on medication so I'm just getting to the point where I can walk so I do try to walk when I can.
I'm 17 weeks today too. Due on 20th April feeling very tired no energy

Same, girl. 18.5w. -Drink (a safe amount of) caffeine. -Get out on a fresh air walk everyday, especially first thing in the morning if possible. -Stay very hydrated. -Eat highly nutritious meals. Focus on proteins, omegas, and iron-rich foods. Even still, its pregnancy. Normal to be tired, assuming your bloodwork is fine. Good luck!
