1-2 cups as well! The rest of the day caffeine free drinks.
I don't drink coffee but I had to stop drinking any caffeine because my baby has bad reflux and stopping caffeine has made a big difference
I try to consume less than 300 mg a day, so usually a cup of coffee in the morning and either a soda or energy drink later in the day if I need it
2 cups daily, sometimes a Red Bull
1-2 cups a day but with way more milk to coffee ratio. No idea on the milligrams but the amount of espresso I use is so little so I can’t imagine it’s much
Also usually have a can of soda a day. I’m trying to cut that out though
I stay under the recommended 200-300 mg a day. I have about 1 to 2 cappuccinos (roughly 60ish mg of caffeine each)
