I continued with my usual workout routine while expecting my second, third, fourth, and fifth. I listened to my body and modified as needed.
98% of the workouts stayed the same, just adjusted weight as needed. There were a few things that just didn't work logistically anymore that I swapped for something different
All the same things but started back with lighter weights and not much ab workouts right away

Modifications are needed if you're noticing coning/doming in your core, pelvic floor heaviness, pain, or leaking, or if you become dizzy/symptomatic lying on your back. Definitely listen to your body and adjust accordingly!
