I'm 34 weeks and my son has been doing this alot lately 😂 is it a butt? A knee? I have no idea 😅😂 I know he's head down because I feel his little hands and arms in my hips. Any guesses? Does your love bug do this to?

Yep! If he’s head down and it’s thick in that area, that’s definitely his little butt. My baby girl does that too.
If it’s big than a butt. If it’s smaller a foot or hand
Same with my girl she pops her butt out all day
